Niccolò established Look Lateral in 2011 to continue his family’s long-standing patronage of culture and art. Trained as a lawyer, he practiced at Veneri-Previdi Law in Mantua, where his focus was banking, art and bankruptcy law. He founded Look Lateral’s global platform in 201I in order to open the art market to a larger public. Niccolo has been featured in Forbes, Financial Times, the New York Times and La Repubblica, among other leading publications.

With a significant experience in the art market and related financial services, Attilio relaunched Finarteand founded the auction house Art-Rite, later sold to a banking group. He is currently CEO of Fimart, the Look Lateral Group company focused on fintech solutions for the tokenization and trading of artworks. Previously, he worked in corporate finance, supporting several listings on the Milan Stock Exchange

Joe Roets is the inventor of Dragonchain, a revolutionary blockchain paradigm superior in terms of scalability, interoperability and supported applications. For Look Lateral, he will support the creation of a Dragonchain-based infrastructure for the tokenization of artworks and a marketplace for their trade. He is a pioneer of blockchain technology business-oriented applications and recently concluded a $22m tokens sale to foster the Dragonchain development

Rudolf studied law at the University of Bern, before joining SIX Financial Information, a telecommunications company in Zurich, as PR Manager in 1988. In 1991, Rudolf was appointed Director of Art Basel, where he initiated a global expansion of the fair, developing a waiting list of over 700 galleries by the time he left in 2000. By introducing a strict selection process for exhibitors corporate sponsorships, VIP privileges and educational fringe events, Rudolf adopted bold tactics together with his commercial experience to evolve and grow the fair into the world-class cultural and social event that it is today, making it one of the first fairs with such an extensive and engaging programme. Under his tenure at Art Basel, Rudolf also created and initiated Art Basel Miami Beach, which launched in 2002. Between 2000 and 2003, Rudolf ran the Frankfurt Book Fair. In 2007, he launched ShContemporary in Shanghai, a Fair specialising in contemporary art. In 2010 he founded Art Stage Singapore, an international event with a particular focus on promoting and fostering Asian art.

He is the co- inventor of fixed income volatility counterparts to the equity VIX, adopted by the Chicago Board Options Exchange and S&P Dow Jones Indexes.

Alfredo Cramerotti is a cultural entrepreneur working in contemporary art, the verse and mass media culture. He is Director of Mostyn, Wales; co-Director of IAM Infinity Art Museum; Art Adviser to the UK Government Art Collection, British Council Visual Arts Acquisition Committee, Italian Council program 2022-24, and Art Institutions of the 21st Century Foundation. He curates web projects, radio, streaming and television programs and is currently immersed in new technologies such as NFT, cryptography and blockchain. He serves as President of IKT; Executive Committee Member of ICOM UK and of AICA; Co-Chair of VAGW; and Member of CIMAM. He holds a PhD in Communication Design and Photography, has published over 200 texts on art, media and curatorial practice, is Editor-in-Chief of the Critical Photography book series and co-Founder of the publishing platform xxnft (women and female-identifying artists working in NFT).
